Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Pro)

Cancel any time from your account page (Manage billing). The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. We don’t refund the current period, except where the law requires it.

If something went wrong (a double charge, a plan you didn’t mean to buy), email us within 14 days and we will sort it out.

Founder lifetime

Full refund, no questions, if you ask within 14 days of paying. After 14 days the purchase is final.

How to ask

Email support@klevo.si from your account address, or use the Refund request subject in the contact form. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to your videos

Nothing is deleted. After a refund or when a subscription ends, your account goes back to Free: the monthly limit, the resolution and the watermark apply to new renders, and everything you rendered before stays downloadable, as do your scripts and secrets within the Free limits.
