Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Klevo (“Klevo”, “we”, “us”) at klevo.si. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.
What Klevo is
Klevo is an MCP server that records demo videos of web apps. AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code connect to it, drive your app in a browser on our servers step by step, and get back a rendered video. Your AI assistant does the driving and writes the captions; Klevo records, replays and renders. No AI model runs on Klevo’s side.
Plans and billing
- Free has the limits shown on the pricing page (a number of videos per month, a resolution, a number of steps) and renders with a small klevo.si watermark.
- Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription: no watermark, higher resolution, and the monthly limits shown on the pricing page.
- Founder lifetime is a one-time payment for Pro as long as Klevo exists, sold only during the launch at a price that steps up as it sells.
Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout and processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Monthly limits count renders started in the calendar month (UTC) and reset on the first of the month. Failed renders are not counted. The founder lifetime covers Pro as it is offered to subscribers; it does not include separately priced add-ons we may offer later.
Your account
You sign in with your email and a password. You can create API keys and connect AI apps to your account, and each one can record and render videos, and save and use login secrets, on your behalf. Keep your password, keys and connected apps secure: you are responsible for activity under them. You can revoke a key or disconnect an app at any time.
A plan is for one person.
The apps you record
You may only record apps and accounts you have the right to use for that purpose: your own product, a staging environment, a test account you created or were given. Don’t record third-party apps without their permission, and don’t point Klevo at private, local or internal addresses; Klevo refuses them. You are responsible for what the test account can see and do during a recording.
Your videos, scripts and secrets
The videos Klevo renders and the scripts behind them are yours. We don’t claim rights in them, don’t sell them, and don’t use them to train AI models. You may use the videos however you like, including commercially. The rendering engine, the cursor, frames and styles remain ours.
Login secrets you save (a test account’s password, a browser session, a magic link) are stored encrypted and used only to sign in to your app for a recording or a render on your behalf. Don’t save credentials you don’t have the right to use, and prefer a test account to your own.
Rendered files are reachable through unguessable links so your AI can show them in the chat. Anyone you give a link to can open that file. You can delete a video, and its files, at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Klevo to:
- record or render content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringes someone’s rights;
- record apps, accounts or data you have no right to access;
- try to get around plan limits, rate limits or security, or access videos, scripts or secrets that aren’t yours;
- resell Klevo or run it as a service for others without our agreement;
- send automated traffic beyond what your AI apps make on your behalf.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Connected AI apps
Klevo works inside AI apps we don’t control. What those apps do with the screenshots they see and the videos they receive is governed by their own terms. Their availability, features and limits are set by their providers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Klevo available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, and a render can fail when your app changes or doesn’t load. We may change or improve features, styles, frames and limits; we will keep your rendered files downloadable while your account exists.
Refunds and cancellation
See the Refund Policy: subscriptions cancel any time, the founder lifetime has a 14-day full refund.
Liability
Klevo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including anything a recording does inside your app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep your own copies of anything important; downloads make that easy.
