Privacy Policy
Klevo stores the videos your AI records so you can download them later, and the login secrets it needs to record them. We keep the rest to a minimum and protect what we keep.
What we store
- Your email address, when you sign up or buy. It identifies your account and is where we send links and receipts. We store it encrypted.
- Your videos and scripts: the steps your AI recorded (the URL, the device, the targets, the text it typed and the captions), the output options, and the rendered files (the MP4, a poster image, a thumbnail, and a screenshot of the page when a step failed). This is the service itself. Scripts are kept until you delete them or your account; videos until you delete them.
- Your login secrets: the test account, browser session or magic link you saved so Klevo can sign in to your app. They are encrypted at rest, never shown again after you save them, and only sent to our recording service for a render or a live session. Scripts reference them by name only.
- A usage log of calls your AI apps make: the time, the tool, the app’s name, the video or recording and the result. It records the size of each request, never what you typed; for calls that may carry a secret it keeps no fingerprint of the request at all.
- Billing records from Stripe: what you bought, when, and the payment status. Card details stay with Stripe; we never see them.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a readable cookie that only says whether you are signed in.
What we don’t do with your content
- We don’t send it to any AI model. Klevo runs no model; the AI that drives your app is the one you connect yourself.
- We don’t read your videos, sell them, or use them for advertising or training.
- We open only the public URLs you give us. Klevo’s browser refuses private, local and internal addresses, and it never records anything you didn’t point it at.
How we use data
- To run the service: open your app, record and render your videos, store and serve them, and answer your connected AI apps.
- To show you your videos, your scripts, your secrets’ names and the usage log.
- To bill you and send account emails (welcome, sign-in links, receipts).
- To keep the service safe: rate limits, abuse prevention, debugging.
Providers
- Railway hosts the application, the recording service, the database and the file storage for rendered videos.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Mailgun sends account email.
- Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may run on public pages, only after you accept the cookie banner, and never in the signed-in area.
AI apps you connect (such as Claude or ChatGPT) see the screenshots and element lists of your app during a recording, and receive the videos they request on your behalf, under their own privacy policies.
Retention
Videos and scripts are kept until you delete them or your account. Deleting a video removes its files and failure details right away; only its creation date stays, so the monthly limit still counts it. Deleting a script also deletes its videos. Deleting a secret removes it right away; scripts that reference it stop rendering until a secret with that name is saved again. Database and storage backups kept by our host age out on their own schedule. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. The usage log is kept while your account exists.
Your rights
You can download your videos and scripts any time from the app, and delete videos, scripts and secrets there. To delete your account, email support@klevo.si from your account address: we cancel any subscription and delete the account and its videos, scripts, secrets, keys and usage log. Payment records stay with Stripe as tax and accounting rules require. You can also ask for a copy of your data or a correction by emailing support@klevo.si from your account address. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights; we honor them.
